Important Reminder: UPS Paperless Commercial Invoice Requirement for International Shipments

Dear Integrated Carriers Customers,


We hope this notification finds you well. We want to remind you of an important update regarding UPS international shipments leaving Canada. We began sharing notifications and sent email  beginning in 2023,  informing you about the changes by UPS.  


As of April 2024, UPS has implemented a requirement for Paperless Commercial Invoices for all international shipments from Canada. It's crucial that you select UPS Paperless when arranging your shipments to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges on your shipments.

Please note that if you opt for paper invoices instead of UPS Paperless, UPS will add a surcharge to each applicable shipment when you do not create a paperless invoice through SoluShip. This additional charge is not included in the quoted charges within SoluShip. It will be added automatically to the Actual Charges when UPS  sends their weekly billing file to Integrated Carriers.


We want to emphasize that Integrated Carriers will not be held responsible for any additional charges resulting from customer omission or oversight in using paper invoices instead of selecting UPS Paperless when creating orders in SoluShip.


To ensure a smooth and cost-effective shipping process, please remember to select UPS Paperless when arranging your international shipments.
