The order number is a sequential number generated by SoluShip. It is used within the Integrated Carriers network to identify your shipment or quotation. It is a number unique to Integrated Carriers.

The tracking number is different from the order number in that it is most often a unique number produced externally from the courier or carrier you chose to send your shipment with. For courier shipping, it is almost always the number used to track a shipment through the courier website or customer service.

Sometimes the order number and tracking number are the same. This is often the case when we act on your behalf to tender a less-than-truckload (LTL), truckload (TL) or cargo shipment to a carrier.

A good feature of SoluShip is you don't need to know the courier or carrier number to track your shipment, and you don't need to go to other websites for this information. All shipment tracking can be done in SoluShip, with real-time updates from couriers.
