To calculate transit time, your need to use the Quick Rate tool or Add Shipment feature, located on the main Shipping menu. Transit days are listed beside the carrier and service in the Estimated Rates and Transit Times results. Estimated transit days are listed with a number (number of days) and either the letter 'B' or letter 'C'. 'B' denotes business days whereas 'C' denotes calendar days. 


In the event the transit time seems incorrect, or a transit time is not provided, you can email support@integratedcarriers.com or open a ticket in our Support portal.
