Bring transparency to your organization and empower your team members by adding them to your SoluShip account: 

  • Get rates, create shipments and track orders
  • Give access to field sales, operations or other remote workers
  • Provide suppliers with access to create shipments online, so you can see all your inbound along with your shipping (outbound)
  • Access SoluShip from any web-enabled device


Follow these steps to get your team using SoluShip:


  1. Select Admin from the menu bar, then Users and finally Add User 
  2. Complete all the fields marked with a red asterisk (*) at a minimum.
  3. Select the User Role
  4. Complete the Print Setup
  5. Set the Default Ship From or Ship to Address
  6. Click on the Add button and the information will be saved.


To invite the new user to SoluShip, return to the Admin menu, the Users > Search Users. 

  1. Select the user you wish to invite (click checkbox to the left of their name)
  2. Find the cogs icon on the top right of the screen. Select Email User.
