Bring transparency to your organization and empower your team members by adding them to your SoluShip account:
- Get rates, create shipments and track orders
- Give access to field sales, operations or other remote workers
- Provide suppliers with access to create shipments online, so you can see all your inbound along with your shipping (outbound)
- Access SoluShip from any web-enabled device
Follow these steps to get your team using SoluShip:
- Select Admin from the menu bar, then Users and finally Add User
- Complete all the fields marked with a red asterisk (*) at a minimum.
- Select the User Role
- Complete the Print Setup
- Set the Default Ship From or Ship to Address
- Click on the Add button and the information will be saved.
To invite the new user to SoluShip, return to the Admin menu, the Users > Search Users.
- Select the user you wish to invite (click checkbox to the left of their name)
- Find the cogs icon on the top right of the screen. Select Email User.
